IN NO EVENT SHALL SMALL WINS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Small Wins from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
