## Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClientPay mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

### 1. Eligibility
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Keep your device secure; you are responsible for activity that occurs on your device.

### 2. Subscriptions and Billing
- Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
- Purchases, billing, refunds, and renewal are handled by Apple App Store and/or Google Play, and may be facilitated by RevenueCat. Their terms and refund policies apply.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled per platform instructions before the renewal date.
- Taxes may apply.

### 3. Acceptable Use
Do not:
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.
- Upload or transmit harmful or unlawful content.

### 4. Your Content
- You retain ownership of your content (e.g., client data, invoices).
- You grant us a limited license to process your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.
- You represent you have necessary rights to your content.

### 5. Privacy
- See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect information.

### 6. Third-Party Services
- We integrate with app stores and RevenueCat for purchases. If you opt into AI features, you may send prompts to your own server and/or OpenAI (see Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

### 7. Disclaimers
- Service provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

### 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100, whichever is greater.

### 9. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

### 10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms. Certain provisions survive termination.

### 11. Changes
- We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

### 12. Governing Law and Venue
