By downloading, accessing, or using BookIt, you agree to these Terms of Service.

## 1. Use of the App
You may use BookIt for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the app
- Interfere with security features
- Use the app to violate any law

## 2. Features & Third-Party Services
BookIt integrates with:
- **OpenAI** for AI text generation and summarization
- **RevenueCat** for subscription and in-app purchase processing
- Your device **Camera** for scanning pages and words

By using features powered by these providers, you also agree to their terms:

## 3. Subscriptions & Payments
Purchases and subscriptions are managed by **RevenueCat** and your app store (Apple App Store).  
By purchasing, you agree to:
- Pay applicable fees
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

You are responsible for any content you scan, upload, or generate through BookIt.

BookIt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated or scanned content.

## 6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages arising from:
- Errors in AI-generated content
- Service interruptions
- Unauthorized access to your data

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
